EU Anti-Dumping Duties on Adipic Acid from China
The European Commission announced an anti-dumping proceeding for imports of adipic acid from China, following a complaint by EU producers. As a result of the investigation, the Commission imposed provisional anti-dumping duties on these imports in November 2025, with rates ranging from 28.6% to 46.8% for different Chinese exporters. The investigation will continue to determine if definitive measures are necessary.
