Technical & Sales Responsible

Position Summary: As the new Technical & Sales Responsible, you will have the following responsibilities :

• Develop & increase the presence of the company into Benelux, Germany , Eastern Europe & Iberia.
• Business development for PU and CASE products and other application field.
• Advise customers on tailor made solutions for their business & requirements.
• Sales Achievements to be measured in terms of Volume.
• Understand customers products and applications to identify new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate , work closely with the product manager.

Profile: As the new Technical & Sales Responsible, you will have the following requirements:

• Bachelor or Master in Chemical Engineering (or related field) or equivalent by experience.
• Prior experience in Sales Engineering role within the chemical industry is mandatory.
• Fluent in English and German .
• Reporting directly to the Product Manager.
• Analytical mindset & ability analyse & understand market opportunities.
• Strong drive toward sales and ability to convince stakeholders base on technical knowledge & qualitative approach.
• Experience to evolve in an international environment.
• Ability to travel across Europe. 

Package:  Base salary • Bonus system • Company Car .
